Warranty Policy

ZORVAN TRADING LLC stands behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

1. Warranty Period

  • Chess Sets & Boards: 1 year from date of purchase.
  • Accessories (Clocks, Storage): 6 months from date of purchase.
  • Care Products & Consumables: 30 days from date of purchase.

2. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials.
  • Defects in workmanship.
  • Structural failures under normal use.
  • Cracking or warping due to manufacturing (not environmental conditions).

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage from improper care or maintenance.
  • Modifications or alterations to the product.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, sunlight).
  • Cosmetic variations natural to wood and stone products.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

4. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the defect.
  2. Attach clear photos of the defect and proof of purchase.
  3. We will review your claim within 3-5 business days.
  4. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
  5. Return the defective item if requested (we cover shipping for approved claims).

5. Remedies

At our discretion, we will: (a) repair the product, (b) replace the product with an equivalent item, or (c) issue a full refund of the purchase price.

6. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
