Shipping Policy

Current status: This policy is intended for future live orders. Online payments are not yet enabled and the website is not currently accepting orders.
1. Order Processing
- Standard orders: Processed within 1-3 business days.
- Custom or personalized orders: 5-10 business days processing.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $150. Otherwise $9.95.
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $25.00
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $45.00 (orders must be placed before 12 PM MT)
3. International Shipping
- Canada & Mexico: $35-$50 (7-14 business days)
- Europe & Australia: $50-$80 (10-21 business days)
- Other Regions: $60-$120 (14-30 business days)
4. Restricted Shipping Regions
We do not ship to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea Region, or other regions subject to U.S. trade embargoes.
5. Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be confirmed before payment when online ordering is enabled.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at our Track Your Order page.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. ZORVAN TRADING is not responsible for packages lost or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
8. Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), shipping may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early for holiday delivery. Cut-off dates for Christmas delivery will be posted on our website.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to locate the package. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
